Meet our Team
Greg Thwaites, PhD
Neuropsychologist
Dr. Thwaites earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology from Colorado State University. He completed his Ph.D. in Psychology from CSU in 1993, which included a year-long pre-doctoral internship at Denver General Hospital. He subsequently completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Thwaites started his neuropsychology practice in the mid-1990s, focused on the evaluation and treatment of adults with known or suspected neurological injury or illness. He continues to serve as a sports concussion consultant to the University of Northern Colorado Athletic Department, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for what was then the Brain Injury Association of Colorado. He is Past President of the Colorado Neuropsychological Society and was previously an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University Psychology Department. He is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Colorado.
He also has a passion for golf, spending time with his family and giving back to his community.
Susanne
Administrative Assistant
Susanne has been invaluable to our office over the years in multiple roles. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing from Colorado State University, and her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Colorado. She brings tremendous clinical and administrative expertise to our team. She also loves to garden, take long walks and spend time with her family.
Courtney
Psychometrist
Courtney is a native Coloradan, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Northern Colorado. Her empathy and patience shine through when connecting with our patients during neuropsychological testing, and we are thrilled to have her on our team. Outside of work, you will find Courtney on her paddleboard and enjoying all kinds of music.
Emma
Office Coordinator
Born and raised in Illinois, Emma completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Ohio University. Our patients enjoy Emma’s smiling face and friendly voice when interacting with our office, and she has been an amazing addition to our practice. She is having fun exploring all that Colorado has to offer, with an emphasis on fitness and nutrition.
